Steps
  1. Mix yogurt, protein powder and some plant milk until well combined. Add some raspberries and fold through, then mash the remaining raspberries and set aside.โ 

  2. Crush 4 Biscoff biscuits and evenly divide between 3 small cups (reserve some for the top)โ 

  3. Evenly divide the โ€œcheesecakeโ€ batter between the 3 cups, then add the mashed raspberries on top.โ 

  4. Melt the Biscoff spread and add on top, top with the remaining crushed Biscoff biscuitsโ 

  5. Let set in the fridge for a minimum 1 hour and enjoyโ
