2/3 cupGreek Yoghurt
1 tbspAlmond butter
1/2 scoopMacro Mike Choc Caramel Bar Luxe Almond Protein
1 tspCocoa Powder
 Dash Soy Milk if Mixure is on the dry side
Toppings (Not Included in Macros)
 Chopped Peanuts
 Drizzle of Melted Dark Chocolate
 Pinch Sea Salt Flakes

Steps

  1. Simply mix together yoghurt, almond butter, protein, cocoa powder and milk until a thick mixture has formed.⁠

  2. Dollop onto a lined sheet and carefully spread until a circular mould is formed. top with peanuts, melted chocolate and sea salt and place in the freezer to set for at least 2-3 hours before enjoying!⁠
