Oat Layer
1/2 cupQuick Oats
1 tspChia Seeds
1/2 cupAlmond Milk
1/2 scoopMacro Mike Hawaiian Salted Peanut Butter Protein
Mango Yoghurt Layer
1/4 cupThick Greek Yoghurt
1 pieceWhite Chocolate, Melted
1Fresh Mango or 1/2 cup Frozen Mango, Pureed.

Steps

  1. Mix ingredients for oat layer together. Place in fridge until liquid is absorbed.⁠

  2. Mix greek yogurt and white choc together. Spoon on top of oat layer.

  3. Spoon mango layer on top of yogurt layer and return to fridge overnight. Enjoy!
