Can you believe that these protein brownies are made from sweet potato?! They are super fudgey and packed with that delish choccy flava!
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
- Boil the sweet potatoes until soft, and then drain and mash.
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spread onto a lined baking tray and bake for 35-45 minutes.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
