Ingredients
3 CupsRice Bubbles or Puffs
1 Scoop (40g)Macro Mike Cereal Mylk Almond Protein
1/2 CupShredded Coconut
1/2 CupHoney
150g Unsalted Butter - can use DF version
1 TbspGranulated Sweetener
1 TspVanilla Paste

Steps

  1. Add the honey, butter and sugar to a pot and cook until the butter is melted, stirring as it heats. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla 

  2. Combine the Rice Bubbles, protein and coconut in a bowl before pouring the honey mixture over and mixing to combine

  3. Press into a 27x20cm baking tray or the Macro Mike Non-Stick Silicone Brownie mould

  4. Chill the slice for 2 hours in the fridge before slicing and serving!
