| 3 Cups | Rice Bubbles or Puffs |
| 1 Scoop (40g) | Macro Mike Cereal Mylk Almond Protein |
| 1/2 Cup | Shredded Coconut |
| 1/2 Cup | Honey |
| 150g | Unsalted Butter - can use DF version |
| 1 Tbsp | Granulated Sweetener |
| 1 Tsp | Vanilla Paste |

Steps

Add the honey, butter and sugar to a pot and cook until the butter is melted, stirring as it heats. Remove from the heat and stir in the vanilla

Combine the Rice Bubbles, protein and coconut in a bowl before pouring the honey mixture over and mixing to combine

Press into a 27x20cm baking tray or the Macro Mike Non-Stick Silicone Brownie mould

Chill the slice for 2 hours in the fridge before slicing and serving!
