Steps

      1. Preheat the oven to 180•c . Tip if making on a work day, pop it in the oven while you get ready.
      2. Blend all base ingredients. Pour batter into a oven safe bowl/ large ramekin, mine was 13 cm & reserve a tbs. If adding the filling do so now and cover with reserved tbs of batter
      3. Place some home made raspberry chia jam or raspberries over the top along with chocolate.
      4. Bake for 20-25 mins. Enjoy
