Is Protein Water sweet?
Protein Water is made with natural sweeteners and flavours, and, instead of being ‘milky’ like normal protein shakes, we use sweet fruity flavours. Our Protein Water is a highly concentrated protein source with over 80% protein and therefore it is like a cordial juice in the fact that it requires the correct amount of liquid to give the desired taste.
We recommend 750ml-1500ml of water to balance out the sweetness. Our protein water is ideal for getting your protein in but also staying hydrated!
