| 1 large | Over-ripe Banana |
| 1 tbsp | Vanilla Extract |
| 1 tbsp | Almond Milk |
| 2 tbsp | Vanilla Yoghurt |
| 1/4 cup | Sugar Free Maple Syrup |
| 1 cup | Almond Meal |
| 2 tbsp | Cacao |
| 2 tbsp | Macro Mike x Kelloggs Coco Pops Almond Protein Powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Instant Espresso Powder |
| 1 tsp | Baking Powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Baking Soda |
| 2 squares | Dark Chocolate roughly chopped |
| Frosting | |

| 1/2 cup | Dark Chocolate, Roughly Chopped |
| 1/2 cup | Cream or Coconut Cream |
| 1/2 tsp | Instant Espresso Powder |
| Pinch of Salt | |

Steps

Blend (u can just mash/whisk)β> banana, egg, vanilla, milk, yoghurt & maple syrup until smooth.

Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.

Add wet β> dry & mix until smooth. Bake @ 175βC/350βF for 25-30 mins.

Set aside to cool.
- For the frosting, warm the cream and pour over the chocolate and espresso powder.
- Stir until smooth and allow to cool.
- Slather over brownies and slice into 9 pieces. Enjoy!
