In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the protein bars until a dough forms.

Press the dough into a lined baking tray or container.

Set in the fridge for at least an hour.

To make the yogurt frosting, combine the yogurt and protein in a bowl. Separate the yogurt frosting equally into three bowls.
- In one bowl, add some red food colouring. In a second bowl, add some green food colouring. Leave the third bowl for the white colour.
- Once the bars are cold, take out of the fridge and slice into 6-8 triangles.
- Pipe on the yogurt frosting with a piping bag and nozzle, to create the Christmas tree and Santa hat decoration. Add some sprinkles if you wish And enjoy your festive treats!
