1 packetMacro Mike Salted Caramel Brownie Mix
1 cupAlmond mylk
Marshmallows
Macro Mike PB+ Powdered Peanut Butter

This is the recipe you've waited your whole life for, and its the easiest vegan comfort food you're ever going to make! All you need is Macro Mike Salted Caramel Brownie baking mix, almond milk and marshmallows. Simply mix, bake and serve with your favourite flavour of dairy-free ice cream. Dig in!

Steps

  1. Mix the brownie packet as directed on the package.
  2. Put 2/3 of the mix in a 20cm skillet and place marshmallows on top.
  3. Add the rest of the batter.
  4. Put a few more marshmallows on for good measure!
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes until gooey.
  6. Top with nice-cream and drizzle with peanut butter!
