If you're looking for a healthier Caramel Slice then you need to give this protein packed treat a try!
Steps
- 
Combine base ingredients, press into loaf tin.
 - Process or mix Caramel ingredients until smooth and pour caramel over base. Freeze. 
 - Melt Choc ingredients until melted. Once caramel has set (1/2-1 hr) pour over the chocolate over the top. 
 - Keep in a sealed container in fridge or freezer. Cut into squares. I got 12.
