60gMacro Mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein
2 tspBaking Powder
 Cinnamon to taste
1Large Banana (save half for topping)
80gYoghurt
1 cupMilk of choice
1 tspCinnamon
30gDark or Milk Chocolate
 Cinnamon Sugar to top (optional)

If you're a banana bread lover, then you need to give these baked oats a try! These are perfect if you are looking for a meal prep breakfast idea!

Steps

  1. Pre-heat oven to 180c

  2. In a blender of food processor add dry ingredients and blend. Then add wet (minus chocolate) and blend until well processed.

  3. Add chopped chocolate (reserve some for topping) and mix well, then divide into the oven safe bowls

  4. Top with sliced banana, extra choc and a sprinkle of cinnamon sugar. Bake for 25 minutes & enjoy
