Base
½ cupOats
20gCaramelised White Choc Luxe Almond Protein
1 tspChia Seeds
1 tbsMape Syrup
½ cupUnsweetened Almond Milk
Topping
½Banana
2 tbsVanilla Coconut Yoghurt
10-15gMelted Biscoff Spread

Name a better combo then Biscoff and Banana! You can't! These high protein oats will keep you going all morning!

Steps

  1. Add oat ingredients to a bowl or jar. Mix & place in the fridge for 5 -10 mins to thicken.

  2. Top with sliced banana , coconut yoghurt and melted biscoff (I melt the entire jar for 30 seconds in the microwave and pour out the amount I need, make sure foil has been removed) .

  3. Place in the fridge for a few hours or overnight and enjoy the next day
