Steps
  1. Line a square baking pan with baking paper so the mixture doesn’t stick.
  2. Melt 100 g of chocolate in the microwave (short bursts, stirring between each) or over a double boiler until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate into a medium bowl, then add 45 g of golden syrup and 30 g of coconut oil. Stir until fully combined.
  4. Add 40 g of almond protein powder, 40 g of soy protein crisps, and 30 g of rice bubbles or Coco Pops. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
  5. Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the lined pan.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
  7. Lift out, slice into bars or squares, and enjoy.
