Line a square baking pan with baking paper so the mixture doesn’t stick.
- Melt 100 g of chocolate in the microwave (short bursts, stirring between each) or over a double boiler until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate into a medium bowl, then add 45 g of golden syrup and 30 g of coconut oil. Stir until fully combined.
- Add 40 g of almond protein powder, 40 g of soy protein crisps, and 30 g of rice bubbles or Coco Pops. Mix until everything is evenly coated.
- Press the mixture firmly and evenly into the lined pan.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or until set.
- Lift out, slice into bars or squares, and enjoy.
