| 1/4 cup | Coconut Oil |
| 1/3 cup | Almond Milk (add more if needed for biscuit batter consistency) |

Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.

Whisk the eggs, coconut oil and milk together.
- Stir through the muffin mix until you get a thick, scoop-able dough, thicker than muffin batter.
- Scoop onto a lined tray and lightly flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-15 min until golden on the edges.
- Let biscuits cool completely, then ice and decorate with your favourite Easter eggs. Enjoy!Β
