Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.

  2. Whisk the eggs, coconut oil and milk together.
  3. Stir through the muffin mix until you get a thick, scoop-able dough, thicker than muffin batter.
  4. Scoop onto a lined tray and lightly flatten slightly.
  5. Bake for 10-15 min until golden on the edges.
  6. Let biscuits cool completely, then ice and decorate with your favourite Easter eggs. Enjoy!ย
