Steps
  1. Line a square baking pan with baking paper.

  2. Mix the peanut butter and honey together in a bowl. In a larger mixing bowl, combine the soy protein crisps and protein powder. Pour in the peanut butter/honey mixture. Stir thoroughly until evenly coated.
  3. Transfer the mixture to the baking pan. Press down firmly using the back of a spoon.
  4. Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Sprinkle over mini eggs. Place in fridge for an hour to firm up.
  6. Remove from pan, slice into bars, and enjoy!ย
