Line a square baking pan with baking paper.

Mix the peanut butter and honey together in a bowl. In a larger mixing bowl, combine the soy protein crisps and protein powder. Pour in the peanut butter/honey mixture. Stir thoroughly until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to the baking pan. Press down firmly using the back of a spoon.
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a bowl until smooth. Pour over the mixture and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle over mini eggs. Place in fridge for an hour to firm up.
- Remove from pan, slice into bars, and enjoy!Β
