| 100g | Dark or Milk Chocolate |
| 1/2 cup | Peanut Butter |
| 1/4 cup | Golden Syrup |
| 1 scoop | Macro Mike Golden Gaytime Almond Protein |
| 2 x | Crushed Biscuits |
| Handful of chopped Peanuts | |
| Crushed Biscuits for topping | |
- Add chocolate to a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted.
- Add a spoonful of chocolate to silicone muffin case, bringing up the sides with a spoon.

Set aside in the fridge and leave out remainder of melted chocolate.

To a large bowl add peanut butter, golden syrup and coconut oil. Stir until smooth.
- Stir through protein powder, peanuts and biscuits. Stir until combined.
- Add to chocolate cups and top with remainder of melted chocolate. Add any toppings (I used crumbled Macro Mike Golden Gaytime protein ball).
- Leave in the fridge to set. Enjoy!Β
