35mlSugar Free Maple Syrup
80mlAlmond milk
 Lemon juice
Icing
160gLight Greek Yoghurt

Steps

  1. Blend half your oats to make a flour consistency. Addā 
    into a bowl with the remaining oats and other ingredients forā 
    the base and combineā 
  2. Place into a lined tray, flatten.ā 
  3. Combine all ingredients for the topping and add on topā 
    of the base. Grate lemon zest on top.ā 
  4. Leave in the freezer for about 2hours to set. Once setā 
    slice up and keep in the fridgeā
