Blend half your oats to make a flour consistency. Addโ
into a bowl with the remaining oats and other ingredients forโ
the base and combineโ - Place into a lined tray, flatten.โ

Combine all ingredients for the topping and add on topโ
of the base. Grate lemon zest on top.โ -
Leave in the freezer for about 2hours to set. Once setโ
slice up and keep in the fridgeโ
