We have a ZESTYYY protein packed treat for you! 😏 This Protein Lemon Slice is one to add to you weekly prep list! 🍋
Steps

Blend half your oats to make a flour consistency. Add
into a bowl with the remaining oats and other ingredients for
the base and combine - Place into a lined tray, flatten.

Combine all ingredients for the topping and add on top
of the base. Grate lemon zest on top. -
Leave in the freezer for about 2hours to set. Once set
slice up and keep in the fridge
