Steps
  1. Combine the cream, condensed milk, pistachio spread and protein in a bowl. Whip until soft peaks form.

  2. Line a baking dish with baking paper. Arrange the biscuits side by side, facing down, to form the base.
  3. Evenly spread the cream mixture over the biscuits.
  4. Top with another layer of biscuits in the same formation, facing upwards. Place in the freezer for a minimum of 5 hours, or until fully set.
  5. Once set, slice into sandwiches, then dip each one into the white chocolate and pistachio mixture and dust with the crushed pistachios. Enjoy!
