| 2 tsp | Instant Coffee dissolved in 30ml hot water (or 1 x espresso shot) |
| 6 | Lotus Biscuits |
| 200g | Greek Yoghurt |
| 1 scoop | Macro Mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein |
| 1/2 cup | Water |
| Cocoa Powder for dusting | |

Make the yoghurt cream: mix Greek yoghurt, water and protein powder until smooth.

Dip each biscuit into the coffee and place on the base of a container.

Spread one-third of the yoghurt mixture over the biscuits.

Repeat layers until 3 layers are formed.
- Finish with a dusting of cocoa powder. Chill in the fridge for 2 hours before serving.
