| 160g | Vanilla Protein Yoghurt |
| 1/3-1/2 cup | Water, adjust for consistency |

| 1 | Mango, cut into bite-sized cubes |
| 2 tbsp | Vanilla Protein Yoghurt |
| 2 tsp | Desiccated Coconut |

Mix all pudding ingredients until smooth.

Place in fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Dice mange, optional to blitz some into a puree for the base.
