In a container/bowl combine the weetbix, chia seeds, protein and enough warm water to form a paste (about 1/3-1/2 cup of water)β .

In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt and strawberry protein (add a dash of water to help it mix). Spread this over the weetbix layer.β

In another bowl combine the yoghurt and matcha powder. Spread this over the strawberry layer.β

Finally melt the white chocolate then stir in the yoghurt.
- Spread over the matcha layer. Sprinkle over some matcha powder, then place in the fridge overnight to set.β Enjoy!
