Steps
  1. In a container/bowl combine the weetbix, chia seeds, protein and enough warm water to form a paste (about 1/3-1/2 cup of water)โ .

  2. In a separate bowl, combine the yoghurt and strawberry protein (add a dash of water to help it mix). Spread this over the weetbix layer.โ 
  3. In another bowl combine the yoghurt and matcha powder. Spread this over the strawberry layer.โ 
  4. Finally melt the white chocolate then stir in the yoghurt.
  5. Spread over the matcha layer. Sprinkle over some matcha powder, then place in the fridge overnight to set.โ  Enjoy!
