Steps

Add the water, pre-workout and optional food colouring to a saucepan and bring to the boil. β

Once boiling stir in the agar agar powder 1 tbsp at a time until dissolved.Β

Remove from the heat and use a dropper to dispense liquid into gummy moulds. Leave in the fridge for 15 minutes or until set.
