These bad boys have a rich, creamy, coconut and raspberry filling infused with our Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein and a decadent melt in your mouth silky chocolate topping!

Steps

  1. Add frozen raspberries to a bowl and microwave for 30 seconds - 1minute. Mash with a fork. Add in maple syrup, coconut and protein. Mix to combine.
  2. Prepare a tray with baking paper. It may get a little messy here, we are going to roll the mix into balls, I get about 18. Place the balls into the freezer for an hour.
  3. Melt your chocolate with a tsp of coconut oil if desired for a runnier choc. Dip the balls in or cover them completely.
  4. Set back in the fridge for 20 mins + & Enjoy!
  5. Keep the remaining balls in the fridge or freezer. (I keep a few in the fridge at a time. 🔥
