SNICKERS OVERNIGHT OATS

80gSmall ripe banana
50gYoghurt
20mlMaple syrup
180mlUnsweetened vanilla almond milk
5gChia seeds
20gSalted caramel premium almond protein
80gOats
Ganach:
35gCoconut yoghurt
25gVegan choc

This mouth-watering bowl of goodness has a thiccc creamy texture, boosted with protein using our salted caramel premium almond protein and topped with sweet melted choc and a sprinkle of salty peanuts!

Steps

  1. Oats Mix:
    In a large bowl mash your banana, then add in maple syrup and yoghurt of choice. Once combined add in milk and chia seeds and mix again. Now add in oats & protein and mix until combined. Distribute in to two small bowls or jars.
  2. Caramel:
    Melt your biscoff, stir in maple syrup protein & almond milk. Mix until smooth, distribute over the oats to cover the oats.
  3. Ganache:
    Add ingredients to a small bowl and microwave for 30 seconds, let stand for 15, then start stirring till you get a thick sauce, top over the caramel and decorate with a tbs of peanuts per bowl. Place in the fridge over night so you can grab and go 😍 If you’d prefer you can just melt choc and tip it straight over.
