| 20g | Plant protein powder |
| 60g | Unsweetened apple sauce |
| 100ml | Unsweetened almond milk |

| 40g | Frozen raspberries |

| 1tsp | Granulated sweetener |
| 1/4tsp | Cinnamon |

Steps

Preheat oven to 180 degrees

Mix jam ingredients together in a small bowl and microwave for 1 min. Set aside to thicken.

Add oats to a blender and blitz until they are a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blitz until smooth.

Pour 3/4 of the mixture into a ramekin, then add jam into the centre and top with remaining mixture.

Sprinkle over the sweetener and cinnamon and bake for 20-25 minutes
