½ cupCaster Sugar
½ cupOlive Oil
1Lemon zested, ½ juiced
¾ cupWater
Icing
¼ cupIcing Sugar
½ Lemon, juiced

 Sweet, tangy and bursting with fresh lemon flavour in every bite! Protein packed using our dreamy Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein! Topped with a zesty lemon icing!

Steps

  1. Preheat oven to 180°c. ⁠

  2. Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.

  3. Pour into a loaf/cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes. ⁠

  4.  Allow to cool before frosting. ⁠
