| 2 cups | Self Raising Flour |
| 1 scoop | @macr0mike Vanilla Buttercream Almond Protein |
| ½ cup | Caster Sugar |
| ½ cup | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Lemon zested, ½ juiced |
| ¾ cup | Water |
| Icing | |

| ¼ cup | Icing Sugar |
| ½ | Lemon, juiced |

Preheat oven to 180°c.

Add all ingredients to a bowl and stir until combined.

Pour into a loaf/cake tin and bake for 25-30 minutes.

Allow to cool before frosting.
