What is Protein Water?
Plant Protein Water is a refreshing and light way to help increase your protein intake with natural collagen building peptides. It’s a hydrating water-soluble protein drink made from a blend of Hydrolysed Pea Protein Peptides, Plant Based Aminos, Vitamins and Minerals.
This unique combination of ingredients is a world first and perfect for those wanting to increase their protein intake by drinking more water.
Is Protein Water sweet?
Protein Water is made with natural sweeteners and flavours, and, instead of being ‘milky’ like normal protein shakes, we use sweet fruity flavours. Our Protein Water is a highly concentrated protein source with over 80% protein and therefore it is like a cordial juice in the fact that it requires the correct amount of liquid to give the desired taste.
We recommend 750ml-1500ml of water to balance out the sweetness. Our protein water is ideal for getting your protein in but also staying hydrated!
How many times a day can I take Plant Protein Water?
We would recommend 1-2 serves per day to suit your protein intake needs or as recommended by a professional dietitian.
What is the protein source in Protein Water?
