20gSalted caramel premium almond protein⁠
1 tspBaking powder⁠
40gBanana ⁠
100mlAlmond milk⁠
 sweet drops
Filling/ topping⁠:
1-2 tbsThick vegan custard ⁠
10gBiscoff spread⁠
30g-50gSliced apple

Made with our Salted Caramel Almond Protein, bursting with spiced apples and a dreamy biscoff custard centre! t's soft, fluffy and fruity with a protein hit!

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180•c.⁠
  2. Blitz ingredients together until smooth, i used banana here. Adjust milk to get a medium thick consistency.⁠
  3. Pour batter in approx an oven proof dish, reserving 2 tbs of batter.⁠
  4. Place biscoff spread and optionally 1 tbs custard in the middle. Cover fillings with the reserved batter & top with sliced apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon and natvia/ granulated sweetener of choice.⁠

  5. Bake for 20-25 mins.⁠
