| 10g | Biscoff spread |
| 30g-50g | Sliced apple |

Preheat the oven to 180•c.
- Blitz ingredients together until smooth, i used banana here. Adjust milk to get a medium thick consistency.

Pour batter in approx an oven proof dish, reserving 2 tbs of batter.

Place biscoff spread and optionally 1 tbs custard in the middle. Cover fillings with the reserved batter & top with sliced apples, a sprinkle of cinnamon and natvia/ granulated sweetener of choice.

Bake for 20-25 mins.
