1 PackMacro Mike Banana Bread Mix
130gBanana, ripe
250mlPlant mylk
1 PackMacro Mike Salted Caramel Almond Butter Powder
SplashOf plant mylk (for the frosting)

Sure its weird, but effective! Forget about banana bread in loaf form... now it comes in donut form!!! Much more fun and probably easier to get kids to eat it. All you need is a packet of our Macro Mike Banana Bread, an old banana, or a fresh one will work too of course, some plant mylk and your favourite flavour of Macro Mike Almond Butter for the frosting.

Steps

  1. Prepare the banana bread batter according to the directions on the package.
  2. Pour the batter into a donut mould and bake at 200 degrees Celsius until a toothpick comes out clean.
  3. Whip together a couple tablespoons of your favourite flavour of almond butter powder with some plant mylk of your choice.
  4. When the donuts are cool, frost them with the almond butter.
