| 1 scoop | Hawaiian Salted Vanilla Macro Mike Protein+ Powder (or your favourite flavour!) |
| 1 cup | Flour, gluten free and self-rising |
| 1 cup | Almond mylk |
| 1 tbsp | Baking powder |
| 1 tsp | Maple syrup |
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until there are no lumps.
- Pour mixture onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook through.
- Stack pancakes, and top with Macro Mike PB drizzle, berries, and coconut ice cream.
