Base
¾ cupAlmond Meal
1 scoopMacro Mike Caramelised Whice Choc Luxe Almond Protein
25mlCoconut oil, melted
2 tbs Rice malt syrup
Caramel
⅓ cupAlmond butter
35mlRice malt syrup
35mlCoconut oil, melted
 Pinch of salt
1 tspVanilla Extract
Choc Topping
75gLow sugar chocolate
½ tspCoconut oil

Steps

  1. Combine base ingredients, press into loaf tin.⁠
  2. Process or mix Caramel ingredients until smooth and pour caramel over base. Freeze. ⁠
  3. Melt Choc ingredients until melted. Once caramel has set (1/2-1 hr) pour over the chocolate over the top. ⁠
  4. Keep in a sealed container in fridge or freezer. Cut into squares. I got 12.⁠
