Yummy cookie sandwiches made with delicious plant based protein. We've got over 10 different flavours you can make these from! All you need for this easy cookie sandwiches is some coconut yogurt, cacao and a little sweetener. Vegan treats have never been better!

Steps

  1. Make the triple chocolate cookies as directed on the baking mix package.
  2. Let cool.
  3. Whisk together mousse ingredients until thick and creamy.
  4. Spread over one cookie and sandwhich with another.
Eat as many as you can!
