Birthday Cake Muffins
with Tahini Caramel Frosting

Plant based and amazing frosted muffins using our Macro Mike Cereal Mylk Birthday Cake Cookie Mix - what?! It tastes even better than it sounds, with vegan and gluten free frosting made from tahini, coconut oil, and more tasty healthy treat ingredients. Quick and easy recipe, ready in under 25 minutes!




  • 1/2cup / Tahini paste
  • 1tbsp / Coconut oil
  • 1tbsp / Almond mylk
  • 1tbsp / Maple syrup (sugar free)
  • 1/4cup / Coconut sugar
  • 1tsp / Vanilla extract


Add the cookie mix into a bowl with the almond mylk, mixing until combined.
Pour the batter evenly into a muffin tray and bake until golden.
While the muffins are baking, combine all the frosting ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Cover and place in the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Once the muffins are cool, ice them one by one and top with cinnamon or your choice of toppings.
