Cherry Ripe Protein Pancakes


ingredients

  • 1/4cup / Oats
  • 1 / Banana, small
  • 1scoop / Chocolate Caramel PB Macro Mike Protein+ Powder
  • 1/4cup / Cacao powder
  • 1tsp / Vanilla essence
  • 1tsp / Baking powder
  • 1tsp / Apple cider vinegar
  • 2/3cup / Almond milk

TOPPINGS:

  • Coconut yogurt
  • Cherries
  • Coconut
  • Macro Mike PB+, drizzle

steps

In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients until there are no lumps.
 
Pour mixture onto a hot griddle or frying pan and cook through.
 
Stack pancakes and top with peanut butter drizzle, cherries, coconut yogurt, and coconut.
 
Makes 1 stack. Enjoy!
